Diagnostic Healthcare deliver a wide range of imaging services nationally for both the NHS and private sectors. We deliver over 350,000 scan appointments each year from multiple locations in a wide geographical area, providing greater choice, easier access to a clinic near you and reduced waiting times.

Accreditation

It is a regulatory requirement for all healthcare providers to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Following our most recent inspection we were delighted to be rated ‘Good’. This rating reflects the high standards of service we provide and the care we take to ensure our patients are well looked after.

We are also proud to have ISO accreditation for quality and environment. Our ISO 9001:2015 quality accreditation provides a framework for efficient working and customer focus and naturally supports our CQC registration. Our ISO 14001:2015 provides us with a framework to support us in minimising our environmental impact, reduce waste and be more sustainable. In addition, we conduct our own internal audits and patient satisfaction surveys. We use this information to continually improve our quality of care. The latest results show a patient satisfaction score of 98%.
