Liat Karni
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Liat gained her Bachelor of Science (BSc) in 1997 and completed her MBA in 2005. She has held senior positions for over 25 years, working for a large international diagnostic provider as a Chief Operating Officer prior to establishing Diagnostic Healthcare in 2004.
Paul Casey
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the ICAEW. He started his career with Deloitte before holding senior financial positions across a range of sectors, including Holidaybreak Plc, Gazprom Energy and British Engineering Services. Paul joined Diagnostic Healthcare as Chief Financial Officer in 2021.
David O'Brien
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
David is a qualified Diagnostic Radiographer who has undertaken a wide range of clinical, senior management and divisional director roles during his 22 years in the NHS. David joined Diagnostic Healthcare as Chief Operating Officer in 2021.
Jonathan Tuck
Medical Director
Jonathan gained his FRCR (Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists) in 1989 and, since January 2004, has been a Consultant Radiologist at the University Hospital of South Manchester. Jonathan has been Clinical Director at Diagnostic Healthcare since 2007.
Rob Bray
Director of Clinical Services
Rob is a qualified Diagnostic Radiographer, graduating in 2009. He previously worked for Alliance Medical as a Clinical Lead and then a Unit Manager, before moving to BMI Healthcare in 2020 to manage one of the largest radiology departments within the group. Rob is responsible for the clinical operations within Diagnostic Healthcare and chairs the Governance Committee.
Paul Newton
Chief People Officer
Paul, has worked in Health and Social care for approximately 30 years in both the public and independent sectors. He worked in a range of HR roles in the NHS including in acute hospital settings before moving to work in the independent sector. He has held HRD roles for the last 20 years for Voyage Care, Embrace, and the Keys Group. Paul has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Nottingham Business School.
Sarah Rickels
Chief Quality and Risk Officer
Sarah qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2002. Throughout her career she has held a number of senior clinical and leadership positions across the NHS and private healthcare sector and gained strategic and operational management knowledge, utilising her extensive specialist experience in oncology, home healthcare and general medicine. Sarah joined Diagnostic Healthcare in October 2022.
Louaz Hofton
Director of Development
Louaz leads on the development of the business. He has a BA (Hons) in Health Management, MA in Community Development, a PGCE and has fulfilled various roles in the education sector prior to joining Diagnostic Healthcare in 2012.
Marc Rogers
Chief Growth Officer
Marc is qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has worked in commercial leadership roles across the UK Healthcare sector over the past 15 years. Working for companies including Care UK, Mckesson and Nurseplus, Marc has extensive experience of developing commercial partnerships with both the NHS and Private sector organisations. Marc joined Diagnostic Healthcare as Chief Growth Officer in September 2023.
